There is a vast improvement in the following areas : staff, food, cleanliness, management and laundry. The staff is a lot more friendlier and they spoke better English, food quality was much better, housekeepers were doing such a great job to keep our room so clean and fresh, laundry service improved and the management was so great. People who really left great impression are : Dilan, Sude, Onur, Sena, Akin, Hafize, Gulin, Mourat, short blond girl that works at the reception in the gym/spa area and two tall guys with dark hair that were helping with luggages and making sure that public areas of hotel were nice and clean - unfortunately we didn’t get their names.

First of the all the staff of hotel was amazing so friendly and always keep you happy specially Mr Gruz, Mrs Iren from the reception and Mrs Grlin for the coffee shopand her colleague , the hotel verry clean and the location is excellent. Thank you guys you make my holiday perfect

The hotel is very comfortable and food was great. The staff was very nice. The restaurant is very good and not expensive. The best restaurant in Yalova is Tike. But it does not worth this money. On the street Istanbul you can find some small fish shop that is also fish restaurant. Very cheap and crazy tasty! It is somewere in the end of the Istanbul street, on the lef side. Enjoy!)

Excellence from the 1st minute and from the 1st step into the HOTEL. Professionalism of the staff and rapidness of CHECK-IN surprised me... It nearly took them 2-minutes to provide me with the key and WELCOME to my room. The hotel is located in quite area and close proximity to YALOVA center. It is easy to reach FISH MARKET, STAR MALL and other facilities. Having stayed 8-days in the hotel allowed me to feel relaxed. Special appreciation to: - ROOM SERVICE Team who supported me a lot with my personal requirements in-time and without any delay. - RECEPTION Team who helped me 24/7 to resolve number of my requirements In particular, I would like to mention efficiency of: - SN. TUGCE KHANIM - SN. SEDDAR BEY - SN. SERKAN BEY - SN.DENIZ KHANIM - SN. GULSUN KHANIM - SN. SEMRA KHANIM - SN.
